Trapped and cut off from any outside help, Sylvie is forced to follow the terrorist’s instructions, her every move watched, and with no choice to deliver the ticking bomb to its target — the Royal Albert Hall. 近未来の東京。車は列なり、電車が走り、ひっきりなしに人々が行き交う、何気ない日常の光景が繰り広げられている。街の上空に突如現れる黒い点。その点は見る見る大きさを増していき、街を飲み込んでいく。車も、電車も、そして人々も――。東京は直径数十キロもの黒いドーム、ブラックポイントに覆われた。拡大を止めたブラックポイントの間近。ギリギリ飲み込まれるのを免れたスカイツリーが屹立している。異様な光景を前に呆然としている人々。――と、ブラックポイント中から何かが近づいてくる。いつ果てるとも知れない絶望の中で、人々はブラックポイントより来たりし者を『Zillions of enemy X』、ゼクスと呼んだ―

故事的背景是在不太遥远的未来。世界各地突然出现五个 "黑点"，作为通往平行世界的门户。紧接着，奇怪的生物开始从这些门户入侵。这些生物是五个世界的居民--不同时间段的相同世界。为了确保他们自己的未来时间框架能够生存下去，五支入侵部队各自为战，将其他未来时间框架消灭掉。关键是一个卡片状的装置。
